Standard Products

Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Free from damage, stains, or alterations

Customized Products

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • We made an error in production (wrong design, size, or color)
  • The print quality does not meet our standards

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at support@andand.gifts with your order number
  2. Describe the reason for your return
  3. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back within 14 days of authorization
  5. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing for your exchange.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For defective items or our errors, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
